RULES OF YOUR STAY

HOUSE RULES

Only a guest who has been duly registered on presentation of an identity card, a passport or another valid identity document may be accommodated in the apartment. The stay is recorded in the guest book.
By taking over the keys to the apartment, the games room and the bike/ski room, the guest confirms that they have read the operating rules and the fire regulations and agree to comply with them.
The guest uses the apartment for the agreed period of stay. Unless agreed otherwise:
- Check-in: 15:00–17:00
- Check-out: by 10:00
The guest must not allow persons who are not duly registered and have not paid the accommodation fee to stay overnight.

On arrival the guest is obliged to change into clean indoor shoes and to keep the apartment and the adjoining areas clean. When leaving the apartment, please switch off the lights and hand in the keys.
A fee of CZK 500 per item is charged for the loss of a security key to the apartment or the games room.
Persons under the influence of alcohol, narcotics or psychotropic substances are not allowed to enter the apartment. Bringing such substances into the building is also prohibited.
Quiet hours must be observed between 22:00 and 7:00.
Before departure, guests are obliged to:
- wash up and empty the dishwasher,
- put the dishes away in the kitchen cupboards,
- empty the fridge,
- take out the rubbish and sort it into the appropriate containers.
The television has been professionally tuned. We kindly ask guests not to change its settings. Any loss of signal may be caused by the weather.
When using the garden fire pit or the gas barbecue, please pay attention to safety. After use, clean the barbecue and close the gas cylinder.
Parents are responsible for the safety of their children. The playground and the trampoline are used at your own risk. Use the trampoline without shoes and always one person at a time.
The furnishings must not be moved and no alterations to the interior may be made without the owner’s consent.
Pets are allowed on the premises by prior arrangement only. They must be clean, must not be left unattended and their excrement must be cleared up immediately.

The operator has taken all measures for the safety of guests, but accepts no liability for their health during normal operation.
Parking is possible only in the designated car park. The operator is not liable for valuables left in vehicles or in unlocked areas.
Please store bicycles and ski equipment only in the bike/ski room and lock it after use. Do not take bicycles or skis into the apartments.
The guest takes over the apartment free of defects. Any defects found must be reported to the operator without delay.
Damage to or theft of the furnishings will be charged according to their actual value or the apartment equipment price list.
The operator reserves the right to terminate a guest’s stay without a refund of the accommodation price in the event of a serious breach of the house rules or of inappropriate behaviour.
The apartment will be inspected before departure. If no damage or other shortcomings are found, the deposit paid will be returned.

Smoking is prohibited throughout the building including the terraces. Smoking is permitted only at the fire pit. A fine of up to CZK 2,000 may be imposed for breaching this ban.
Any handling of open fire outside the designated fire pit is prohibited. Fireworks and the lighting of candles are prohibited as well.
When using the wood-burning stove, use only the firewood provided. Burning waste is prohibited.
Guests are not allowed to use their own electrical appliances, with the exception of personal hygiene appliances, chargers and baby monitors.
It is not permitted to interfere with the electrical wiring or to carry out your own installations.
When leaving the apartment, please check that the appliances are switched off and unplugged.
Every apartment is fitted with a fire alarm. In the event of an alarm, leave the building, contact the manager and wait for the fire brigade to arrive. If it is safe to do so, use the fire extinguisher located on the ground floor.
Any damage caused by a fire due to negligence is paid for by the guest.

The minimum length of stay is 2 nights.
All apartments are non-smoking. As this is a timber building, smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the property including the outdoor terraces.
Pets are allowed by prior arrangement only, for a fee of CZK 300 per day.
Parents are responsible for the safety of their children inside the building and in its surroundings.
Each apartment has its own free parking space.
The final cleaning is included in the price of the stay.
Before departure, please empty the dishwasher, put the dishes away and take out the rubbish. In the event of excessive soiling, a fee of CZK 500 may be charged.
Firewood for the wood-burning stoves (apartments A and C) is available to guests.
