All our apartments are non-smoking! As this is a timber building, smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the property, including the outdoor terrace. Highly sensitive smoke detectors are installed everywhere.
Safety: Parents are responsible for the safety of their children both inside and outside the building. Please do not leave pets unattended in the apartment.
Cancellation fees: 25% if cancelled more than 4 weeks in advance, 50% if cancelled 2 to 3 weeks in advance, 100% if cancelled less than 2 weeks in advance. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

Where are the apartments located?
In the village of Přední Výtoň by Lipno Lake in the Šumava region, about 600 m from the sandy beach and the cycle path. A grocery store is about 800 m away, a restaurant about 200 m.
How does payment work?
After booking we will send you the details for paying the deposit by bank transfer. The balance is paid before or on arrival. A tourist fee of CZK 25/day per person over 18 is added to the price.
How do I book an apartment?
Choose an apartment and dates in the booking form, fill in your contact details and submit. We will get back to you with a confirmation and payment details. You can also call us at +420 777 999 606.
What is the minimum length of stay?
The minimum stay is 2 nights. In the main summer season we offer weekly stays only, with arrival on Saturday. At Easter a stay of 3–4 nights is possible.
How do check-in and check-out work?
Check-in is between 3:00 and 5:00 pm, check-out by 10:00 am. The keys will be handed over to you in person by the manager.
How many guests do the apartments hold?
Apartments A and C hold up to 8 guests (125 m², 3 bedrooms), apartment B up to 4 guests (78 m², 1 bedroom). The total capacity of the cabin is 24 people.
